B3 Taxi Light Vehicle full course trains you to drive commercial passenger service vehicles (PSVs) like taxis, Uber, Bolt, and corporate cabs. Under NTSA regulations, this course goes beyond basic driving to focus on public safety, passenger care, and commercial traffic laws.

• Automatic Vehicle Control: Confident steering, acceleration, braking, and smooth gear selection (P-R-N-D-L).
• Model Town Board Mastery: Flawless navigation of simulated intersections, roundabouts, and multi-lane traffic boards.
• Flawless Parking: Perfect execution of parallel parking, reverse parking, and three-point turns.
• Traffic Law Competency: Full understanding of Kenyan traffic rules, right-of-way laws, and NTSA highway codes.Sign Recognition: Immediate identification of regulatory, warning, and informative road signs.Hazard Perception: Ability to spot road risks early and apply defensive driving techniques.
• Routine Maintenance: Skill to check oil, coolant, tyre pressure, and safely change a flat tyre.

Before you start

• Minimum Age: Exactly 18 years old.
• National ID: Valid Kenyan National Identity Card (or original Passport for foreigners).
• NTSA TIMS Account: Active account on the eCitizen/NTSA portal for license applications.
• Medical Fitness: Good physical health and adequate eyesight (tested during enrollment).
• Education: Basic literacy to read road signs and pass the theory exam
